Refund policy

We want you to love your card. If your sticker arrives damaged, misprinted or you are not happy with it, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.

Because every sticker is printed from your own photo, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind once an order has been printed. If you spot a mistake before it ships, tell us as soon as you can and we will fix it.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
